While we understand that you likely receive a large amount of mail from your insurance company, please take the time to read it carefully. Some may have selected recurring automatic payment plans like credit card or checking account EFT so aren't looking for that "bill" to pay monthly. However, expiration dates change and other bank glitches do occur. This mail may in fact bring a bill that you are not expecting. Failure to pay on time could result in a cancellation. In addition to billing changes, the mail might bring news of changes to your policy. It's always a good idea to spend a minute or two reviewing it. Please contact us if we can be of assistance. A year or so ago, Safeco introduced the option to pay your premium by a recurring charge of your credit card. This can be done on any of the payment plan options (monthly, etc.). It requires a valid email address so confirmations can be sent. Please let us know if you'd like to change your payment method. It is a good way to your "rewards" if you use such a credit card!

Unfortunately, prescription drugs are a popular target among thieves. Here's a tip...don't place prescription bottles near your windows at home. Thieves may not know that bottle is filled with an antibiotic or your blood pressure medicine until they've broken your window hoping it is a painkiller they are grabbing.
